RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You may be able to return your purchase to us for a refund, exchange or store credit.

• Final sale items are non-returnable, so please choose carefully. We will not offer a refund or exchange on items marked final sale, unless they have been deemed faulty.
• We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases, including incorrect size selection. Please use the sizing guide and chart to select the best size. If you need assistance with selecting the right size, please contact us prior to purchase.
• Orders are to be returned within 14 days of delivery date. We will not cover the cost of return shipping costs. We do not accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, and recommend using tracked postage if returning your order.
• Returns will be processed within 7 days of being received by us. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method only. If opting for a store credit, this will be valid for a period of 6 months.

To start a return, you can contact us at thelittlepineappleco@outlook.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Faulty or Incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order here. Contact will need to be made within 14 days of your delivery date. Please include the following information when contacting us:

• Order number
• brief explanation of the issue (for eg: incorrect item received, item is torn etc)
• photos of the incorrect or faulty item

We will endeavor to find a resolution for you, in the first instance we will offer to repair or replace an item if we deem it faulty.

Items that have been damaged through normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the product will not be considered faulty. All items being returned must be clean and unused, with tags attached.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How to return an item to us

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to start the return process. Please ensure to include all relevant details when contacting us for a return, including your order number, reason for return and photos of the item/s. Items received by us without prior contact will not be accepted.
• Package your item securely - we are unable to accept items that are lost or damaged in transit. We suggest wrapping your item in paper or using a zip lock bag for added protection, and using a tracked postage method.
• Once we receive your item back, we will assess the item. This process can take 5 to 7 days. We will contact you once we have assessed the item to advise if we are able to offer you a refund, exchange, repair or store credit.
