How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched. Custom orders will usually be dispatched within 5 business days, we will communicate with you directly prior to sale finalisation to discuss timeframes for custom orders.
During sale periods and popular holiday times such as Christmas/New Year, there may be delays in dispatching your order - we ask that you kindly wait 3-4 business days before your order is dispatched.
All delivery timeframes are estimates, once we have dispatched your order we have no control over Australia Post processing or transit times. Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer than estimated.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout for all orders over $100.00.
We offer both standard and express shipping options at the checkout, please see table below with estimated delivery times (please note this is a guide only; we can not guarantee orders will be delivered within these times. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thelittlepineappleco@outlook.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, and may offer you a repair, exchange, refund or store credit depending on the circumstances.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thelittlepinappleco@outlook.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
